Service Description

This is a special document which allows persons who suffer from Specific Learning Disabilities the option to receive additional time in their examinations. These need to be assigned and presented before an examination date, so that any necessary accommodations may be made.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of booking. Any cancellations made a week or less up to the date of booking will not be refundable. Cancellations can still be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. *** We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or with family. However, when you do not call early enough to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another person from getting much-needed attention. Our team currently travels between Barbados and Jamaica to facilitate these appointments.
