The Dyslexia Experience in Barbados - October 2018

It’s gratifying and supportive when our Minister of Education @santiajosette is aware of the challenges children with dyslexia experience daily. Having a high percentage of students with dyslexia and associated learning disabilities in schools, it’s important that educators, teachers and parents are aware of their struggles. I wanted to share a few pictures of the teachers, parents and educators from the Golden Rock Community Centre participating in ‘The Dyslexia Experience’ workshop.
